From Idea to Impact: The YMetaconnect Story

YMetaconnect started in 2023 with a simple but powerful idea from Dr. Renjith Krishnan K: learning should focus on thinking, not only memorizing. With his background in HR, training, and education, he created the R-A-R framework to guide learning step by step.

This vision soon shaped YMetaconnect into a smart learning platform that blends artificial intelligence with metacognition to prepare future-ready learners. The mission is to help students and working professionals gain clarity, independence, and purposeful learning.

Dr. Renjith Krishnan K

Dr. Renjith Krishnan K, Founder, Director, and CEO of YMetaconnect, specializes exclusively in the scholarship of Human Resource Management (HRM), Organizational Behavior (OB), and Talent Management. With over 20 years of academic experience and 2 years of corporate experience, his work advances pedagogical research, student-centered learning frameworks, and theoretical models for workforce education systems. He holds a Doctorate in Organizational Behavior and HRM (Talent Management), an MBA in Marketing Management and HRM, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Global Business Administration from Singapore Human Resource Institute. As CEO, he drives the strategic vision, innovation in pedagogy, marketing strategy and development of YMetaconnect, transforming education through personalized, student-centered learning experiences.

Dr. Bhraguram Thayyil

Dr. Bhraguram Thayyil Madhusudana Panicker, Director and COO of YMetaconnect, specializes exclusively in Digital Forensics, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, and Blockchain technologies. With over 17 years of academic experience and one year of corporate experience, his work advances digital investigation methodologies, cloud security frameworks, and emerging technologies including the Metaverse. He holds a Doctorate in Digital Forensics and Cybersecurity from MGR Educational and Research Institute, Chennai, an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Bharathidasan University, an M.E. in Computer Science from VMKV Engineering College, a Cybersecurity specialization from Govt. Law College, Mumbai, and an MBA in E-business.

Dr. Riyas Kalathinkal

Dr. Riyas Kalathinkal, Non-Executive Director and Advisor for Marketing and Collaboration at YMetaconnect, is a distinguished academic, researcher, and industry leader with over 26 years of experience in higher education, applied research, and executive leadership. He has served in strategic advisory roles at Moricap Hospitality and Jewellery Group and held academic leadership positions at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences, Oman, and institutions affiliated with the University of Calicut, India. He also served as Head of the Department of Commerce at WMO College, Wayanad. Renowned for his practice-oriented teaching philosophy, he integrates academic theory with real-world industry applications. He holds a DLit, PhD, MTTM, MBA in Finance & Marketing, MCom in Finance, BCom in Tourism & Travel Management, and BEd in Commerce.

Rajaneesh K

We are delighted to welcome Mr. Rajaneesh Kanakathidathil as our User Experience Advisor & Chief Experience Officer. With over a decade of experience at leading organizations such as Wunderman Thompson and Bank of Singapore, he brings deep expertise in user experience strategy and design. Mr. Rajneesh has played a pivotal role in shaping digital products for global financial institutions, including Citibank, Bank of Singapore, and UBS, through his strategic approach to user research, design, and innovation. His guidance will be instrumental in helping our team deliver intuitive, innovative, and user-centric solutions that create lasting impact for our clients.
